1. Purchase a Filipino Music Awards Package exclusively on SariSari.Shopping: Ticket package selling begins on August 29, 2026 (Saturday) and ends on October 2, 2026 (Friday).

2. Complete your purchase to receive your selected package and complimentary event ticket.

• One (1) valid government-issued ID

Important

• Complimentary Ticket Codes may only be redeemed once.
• Complimentary Ticket Codes are non-transferable.
• Complimentary Ticket Codes are not convertible to cash.
• Unredeemed Ticket Codes will be automatically forfeited after October 4, 2026 (Sunday), 9:00 PM.

Redemption Through an Authorized Representative

Please present the following:

• Printed or digital copy of the Ticket Code email
• Signed authorization letter from the ticket owner (if needed)
• Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of the ticket owner
• Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative
  

Seat Selection

• Choose your preferred seat upon ticket redemption.
• Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• SM Ticketing charges will be shouldered by AGC Power Holdings Corp. No additional payment is required upon ticket redemption.

Event Admission

• A physical SM Ticket is required for entry to the event.
• Complimentary tickets may be transferred after redemption but are not convertible to cash.
• Unused tickets will automatically become invalid after the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Filipino Music Awards complimentary ticket offer is only available to customers who successfully purchased an FMA Package through the SariSari.Shopping website. All customers who purchased an FMA Package are entitled to receive a complimentary ticket.
2. Purchases made for these FMA Packages are not subject to returns, refunds, or cancellations especially once the complimentary codes have been sent. Complimentary tickets will be sent to the customer’s  registered email within 48 hours from the time of purchase. Customers may contact SariSari.Shopping via [email protected] for any concerns regarding the product.
3. Only one (1) complimentary Ticket Code is issued for each purchase of an FMA Package.
4. Customers with validated purchases of an FMA Package via SariSari.Shopping will receive an email containing the complimentary Ticket Code. In the case of multiple valid purchases in a single transaction, the corresponding number of complimentary Ticket Codes will be sent in one (1) email message. To prevent fraud or misrepresentation, complimentary Ticket Codes will only be released through the [email protected].
5. The Ticket Code is NOT THE FINAL ticket. Customers must redeem their physical tickets at any SM Ticket Outlet nationwide starting September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) during  mall hours until October 3, 2026 (Saturday) at 12 NN. 
6. To validate the redemption, customers must present their Ticket Code and a valid government-issued ID. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the section associated with the purchased FMA package.
7. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the event for safety reasons. Minors (ages 12-17) must be accompanied by a ticketed adult in the same section. A maximum ratio of 4 minors to 1 adult applies for all sections. Unaccompanied minors (ages 12-17) are not allowed to enter the venue.
8. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts do not apply to the Filipino Music Awards complimentary tickets obtained for this event, as the complimentary tickets are free with the purchase of the required FMA Package.
9. The Filipino Music Awards complimentary tickets are not intended for resale. AGC Power Holdings Corp. and SariSari.Shopping are not responsible or liable for any damages arising from unauthorized ticket sales or merchandise from this event.    A maximum of five (5) FMA Packages per tier may be purchased in a single transaction. Take note that only one (1) complimentary Ticket Code is issued for each purchase of an FMA Package. 3. How do I redeem my physical tickets?
   After purchasing your chosen FMA Package, you will receive an email to the email address you provided, make sure your email account is active. The following emails will be sent to you:

5. How do I receive my FMA Package?

9. Is there an option to upgrade my Filipino Music Awards complimentary ticket once I have already purchased a specific package?
   No. There is no option to upgrade Filipino Music Awards complimentary tickets. Complimentary tickets are available based on the FMA Package you originally  purchased, and each package tier corresponds to a specific ticket section.
10. Is there an option to refund my Filipino Music Awards complimentary ticket?
    No, FMA packages and complimentary tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and not convertible to cash once purchased. All sales are final from the time of payment. 
11. Can I redeem Filipino Music Awards complimentary tickets for other people?
    Yes, you may redeem complimentary  tickets for others. To do so, provide a printed or digital copy of the email confirmation with the complimentary Ticket Code, an authorization letter signed by the ticket owner, a photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of the ticket owner, a photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID of the ticket redeemer.  These  shall be presented to the representative of SM Tickets Outlets.
12. When is the start of physical ticket redemption at SM Ticket Outlets?
    The redemption of physical tickets begins on September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) during mall hours. The last day of redemption is on October 3, 2026 (Saturday) at 12 NN.  
    
    You may redeem your physical complimentary tickets after 24 hours upon receiving the Ticket Code.  However, redemption of physical tickets officially begins on September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) during mall hours.
    
    Present a printed or digital copy of the Ticket Code and present one (1) valid government-issued ID to claim your physical ticket.  
13. How much is the ticketing charge upon redemption?
    SM Ticketing charges will be taken care of by AGC Power Holdings Inc. There will be NO additional payments required upon redemption of complimentary tickets. The complimentary tickets you receive are fully covered and no extra payment is required upon redemption or upon entry to the event venue.
14. Can I enter the event venue with an e-ticket instead of a physical ticket?
    No, entry to the event requires a physical ticket. Ensure you redeem your physical ticket at an SM Tickets Outlets starting September 16, 2026 (Wednesday) at 10 AM, until October 3, 2026 (Saturday) at 12 NN.
15. How do I know if my Ticket Code is valid?
    Your complimentary Ticket Code is valid if you receive an email confirmation only from [email protected] within 48 hours after purchasing the FMA package. Ensure you present the email confirmation along with the Ticket Code at the SM Tickets Outlets for complimentary ticket redemption.
16. Can we issue a replacement for lost Filipino Music Awards complimentary tickets?
    Replacement tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen complimentary tickets. It is important to keep your physical tickets safe and secure.
