The Filipino group emerged as the most awarded act of the night, taking home Artist of the Year and five other major honors.
SB19 marked a major night at the Filipino Music Awards 2025, receiving six awards across the Grand, Genre, and People’s Choice categories.
The trailblazing P-pop group was named Artist of the Year, one of the highest distinctions of the evening, recognizing a year defined by music, live performances, audience impact, and continued growth at home and internationally.
SB19 also received Pop Song of the Year for “DUNGKA!” The track earned another distinction as People’s Choice Song of the Year, while the group was voted People’s Choice Artist of the Year.
Their achievements onstage were recognized as well. The Simula at Wakas World Tour was named Tour of the Year, while the Simula at Wakas World Tour Kickoff — held on May 31 and June 1, 2025 at the Philippine Arena — received Concert of the Year.
The six awards reflected the breadth of SB19’s impact, from recordings and live performances to the strength of the group’s connection with its audience.
SB19 also took the FMA stage during the ceremony, performing “DAM” before returning for one of the defining moments of the evening — a finale performance of “Kapangyarihan with Ben&Ben, which brought together two of the country’s most influential contemporary groups to bring FMA 2025 to a momentous close.
The group’s six wins represented one of the biggest achievements of the evening and further underscored the growing reach of Filipino music both within the Philippines and beyond.
